A Fairy Tale of Theory

Once upon a time, there was a girl / a chick / a female / a princess, who just wished to understand life.  She sat and pondered / climbed to the top of the highest precipice / waited in a stupidly high tower for enlightenment, until she determined that ...

A. Newton's Law of Physics that states "for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction" applies to not just the physical, but also the metaphysical
B.  Just because things don't turn out exactly as you would have wished them to, doesn't mean that there isn't something positive somewhere in the clusterf#&ck of the outcome
C.  That hidden positive thing in the aforementioned outcome could possibly better than what you originally wanted or imagined
D.  If it didn't take a bit of hard work, "elbow grease", pain & suffering at some level, and sacrifice to get to what you ultimately want, you wouldn't appreciate the true value of it regardless.
